bOS SERVER - Error on VMWARE Machine

Hi,

I'm Ernesto, a Premium Installer of ComfortClick.

I've installed bOS SERVER on a VMWARE machine.

on opening of bOS Configurator and Client, i have this error:

attached the LOG error:LOGERROR

What can i do to resolve ?

Hello Ernesto,

seems you're missing the webview 2 that is required for the new configurator to run. This is usually automatically updatev via Windows Update, but in some cases it needs to be done manually.
Follow the instructions in the link below and manually update the webview.
