Paradox integration: show Zone-in-Alarm in push notification

I have integrated a Paradox alarm system via the Jigsaw serial interface.
When the partition is in Alarm, I'd like to include the zone-in-alarm Name in the push notification to my customer's phone.
This parameter is not available in the partition parameters.
Per Zone, there is a boolean parameter called "In Alarm", but I'd have to filter which Zones are "In Alarm" (when the Alarm is triggered) and include it in the push message.
Any proposal how to do that?
