Comfort Click Offline

Yesterday my comfort click Jigsaw CC 2 is not reachable anymore since a power loss.

The bOS configurator app on my windows pc or any smartphone client cannot access my local running bOS.

I pinged the local ip and I still got a reply but going into the ip in the browser does not give any results. Also setting the manual configuration in bOS configurator to the local IP does not work nor pressing find in the bOS manual configuration.

I tried already resetting the jigsaw many times (1 s, 5s and 30s).

How can I get my server back up and running?
