IOS26 Update

Hi! I’ve updated my phone to ios26 and my bis client app won’t open or connect to server. Is there something you can do to fix this please?

Hello Sarah,

we are sorry to hear about your problem. Your server is probably running one of our older bOS versions. In this case the server should be updated to the latest stable version.

I would suggest to contact your system integrator who has access to the configuration on your server and he will do the update. In case of any issues during the update, he can create a support ticket in our ticketing system and we will help resolving the issue.
