Adjust clock

Hello everyone. 

I have a visualization system installed at a client's site that doesn't have internet access for security reasons. 

Since they don't have internet access, they also don't have access to the NTP server, and every time there's a power outage, the clock gets completely out of sync. 

Is there any way for the client to adjust the date and time without needing administrator privileges?
