Connection drops

Hello,

I'm experiencing frequent connection drops while using the configuration tool. The server freezes for a few seconds and then restarts.
I get the message "Server did not respond with version" and then I can continue working for a few minutes and again.
Any idea why this might be happening?
The server is Jigsaw Pro.
