Jiqsaw off line
Hello,
I check on the site of comfortclick my serves and I see that one server is off line for several days. I also trying to connect remotely to that server via configurator and the program asks for update the server and when I am going to udate the server the page has no update to proeed. I have to mention that the client app is working remotely.
Can someone help me please?

Can you confirm if this is what you're facing when trying to update?
Or even showing a blank update page?
I had a similar problem. I had to install the previous version of the Configurator (the current version running on the bOS). Haven't noticed if it was showing offline on the list, but I was definitely not able to upgrade.
I had to do this:
Go to bOS Configurator | ComfortClick, click on "Previous versions" under the download button, install the version which is currently there, and try it again, that was the only way for me to update the servers. Since I have Windows 11 Pro I never was able to downgrade the Configurator, so I had to downgrade manually.
