One AC control is not working

Hello, 

We have an issue in one of the AC controls, in the app since yesterday bosclient when clicking on the on/off switch is not responding anymore, so the AC cannot be turned on. I checked the logs of Bos configurator there is True signal sent but AC is not turned on: what could be the issue, is it the connection between the bos configurator server and the AC ? cause other ACs in the building are working fine and respond to the control button signal.
