One AC control is not working

We have an issue in one of the AC controls, in the app since yesterday bosclient when clicking on the on/off switch is not responding anymore, so the AC cannot be turned on. I checked the logs of Bos configurator there is True signal sent but AC is not turned on: what could be the issue, is it the connection between the bos configurator server and the AC ? cause other ACs in the building are working fine and respond to the control button signal.

It would be helpful to know, how are you controlling the AC (which protocol), some screenshots of your device settings etc, a comparison with the other working ones, etc...
If the other devices are working, and that doesn't, it has to be something. If you haven't updated the Configurator and it was working before, then probably the issue may be from the AC side and not from the bOS. So any additional information would be useful to know.
