bos feedback response issues

Hello i need some help, i have an bos project almost finished but im having some issues with feedback/status responses from the buttons. if i turn on or off manually form bos client no problem at all but for example if i exit the app and pass for some light who turns on with motion sensor when i go back to the bos client i cannot visualize the feedback of that light in ON state. How can i resolve it?
