Profile key does not match the server key. Possible security violation.

Hello!

I used to connect to my server using the IP address and always worked just fine(for local and remote connection). Now i'm trying to conect using the Access ID and i get a error message "Can not connect with this profile. Profile key does not match the server key. Possible security violation."

The odd thing is that when i switch back to connect by the IP it work whitout any problem.

Any ideia why this is happening and how to fix it?

Hello,

yes simply remove the controller from your controller list and add it again using accessID and you should be able to connect.

I have the same problem with a virgin device. Is there another way to solve this problem? I have tried to do what I found on the manuals and here, in this forum, however I still cannot access to my device.
