I have Restore Configuration of my bOS system, but the system has not restored the power meter data of 1 month ago. All data is deleted.
Please give me the cause or solution to fix this.

bOS version 4.9.8, my bOS is running on windows 10, my system has been running for more than 6 months, please give a solution to recover data from C drive without going through Backup Configuration feature of bOS. I have tried 2 to 3 recoveries on bOS, but the power meter data is still confusingly lost.

to avoid uploading backup of your configuration here in public forum, I would recommend you to create a support ticket in our ticketing system and send us a backup of your configuration so we can check the issue.

we are sorry to hear about your problem. Which bOS version are you using? Do you use data logger for power meter? It could be possible that "Days to delete old records" are set to 1 month and then all data is deleted which is older than 1 month. Anymore information would be helpful for easier troubleshooting of the issue.
