IOS client connection (new customers)
we are facing in the last week a problem for new customers with IOS to connect to the client. we have the latest version 4.9.17.
it tries to connect for few seconds and come back to the server lists.
we tried also with the manual configuration, still same behavior.

Do you have the issue via internet, intranet, both? Are you sure the right port is open or routing is done correctly on the router?
