the reset button has 4 function depending on how long you hold the button:
- 1 second - reboot,
- 5 seconds - shut down,
- 10 seconds - network reset,
- 20 seconds - factory reset.
The reset button is located to the right side of the ethernet port (a small hole). If you press on the reset button does anything happen in the log file?
