Backup
I have a backup firmware for Comfort Click. When I start uploading it over Wi-Fi, the connection gets lost, and the program can’t reconnect. Is it better to upload the backup directly via an Ethernet cable from the computer?

Hey there,
You mean, that your device (Jigsaw, Jigsaw Pro, Grinder) is connected via WiFi?
Or you're referring that your computer, which you are using to update a server is via WiFi?
Also, you're talking about firmware. Firmware actually is not sent from your computer to the device, it's downloaded locally on the server during the update process. I believe that you mean, a backup file from a configuration?
I don't have any of my servers or client servers via WiFi, they are all running on ethernet. Nonetheless, I never encountered any problems during updates.
Also my laptop is on WiFi all the time, and I send several backups to multiple clients every time and never had any problems, even when the connection is slow.
Best regards
Thank you very much for your response. I’ve figured it out — the question is no longer relevant. Thanks a lot, this is my first experience using this device, so I’m making some mistakes. Thanks again!
