I have a client who updated his iPhone to iOS 26 and hasn't been able to access his Grinder using the Client app since then.

Have you detected any incompatibility between this version and older versions of Comfortclick?

there are some connection issues with our older Grinder devices (from around 2016-2018) which are running an older version of windows that no longer support certain certificates that are required on newer versions of iOS.

Unfortunately these Grinders also can't have any new Windows updates due to the outdated version of Windows IOT.

So you can either install fresh version of Windows on the device or you can reach out to your supplier or our sales team.
