Amazon Echo - Alexa - unable to activate the skill

Hello,

I am trying to enable the ComfortClick bOS Smart Home skill from Amazon.com and I am getting the following message: "You are not eligible to enable this skill due to geographical restrictions.".


Any suggestions on how I can get this skill connected to the bOS?

please tell me in which country you are trying to enable the skill and what language is your Alexa using.

From Canada using English. I purchased the Amazon Echo from amazon.ca

Amazon added a few new languages since we last updated our skill. One of them is English (Canada). That is why you get this message.

We will add the support for your language in the next few weeks. Hopefully before February.

I have checked the alexa developer console and there is no new language. I have searched other resources as well and I didn't found anything about Jamaica ...

I have the same problem. I m currently located in France and purchase Amazon Echo from Amazon France. Could you add new language to the skill : French and also Belgium
