Greetings, we have the same issue that the our user is unable to login with the regular username and password. It just happened out of the blue. I am not sure if it could be user error. Please advise if the procedure will be the same of sending over C:\Program Files (x86)\ComfortClick\bOS Server to david.boben@comfortclick.com.
Please advise. Thank You
Hello Kevin,
the email address david.boben@comfortclick.com is still valid. You can send him the backup and the password will be retrieved as soon as possible.
Best regards, Andraž
Hello,
Is the mail of david.boben@comfortclick.com still valid to send building folder to retrieve password ?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
in current version of bOS, the only way to retrieve password is to send us building folder and we retrieve password for you.
In the next bOS version the standard "Forgot password" will be added for easier password retrieval.
Best regards.
Hi,
is there any update on the password recovery from the client (or at least from the configurator)?
Hello,
you can send the building folder to the mentioned email and we'll try to retrieve your password.
Best regards,
Hello,
passwords can be reset, but this will cause you to lose your configuration, because the building file must be removed. If you forgot your password, you can send us your building folder (found in your comfortclick installation location, default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\ComfortClick\bOS Server) and we will check and retrieve the lost password. You can send the building file to david.boben@comfortclick.com
Best regards.

Hello Lawrence,
the procedure is a bit different now, specially if the server was updated to the latest 4.11 version.
I'd recommend opening a support ticket on our website and arrange a quick remote session and try to retrive the password.
If you have updated the server to the 4.11 version and have added email address under your user, you can use the password retrieval option and reset the password yourself.
You can find the instructional video below:
Best regards.
