Profile key does not match the server key. Possible security violation.

I am having problems when trying to connect to my Jigsaw. The device is new, but it would not allow me to access as the manual instructs to do. I am typing User (USER) and Pass (Password) but the bOS Configurator would send me a warning telling me it could not connect to the device and warning me about a possible security violation.

I would like more information or help on how to solve this problem.
