Bug with layout background.

Attempt to insert an image in PNG format layout background, the insert is not shown in bos configurator or bos client.

Hello,
try to clean browser cache in bOS Client. Go to bOS Client Settings and click Clear cache button and try again.

Thank you for your answer, but that's not the problem, since the image is not displayed, from the beginning, in bOS Configurator.

Did you try to clear cache anyway? Did you try any other image?

I've tried other images and works perfectly, the image has to have a special size or something?

Please try to delete the image in bOS, change the picture name to shorter name e.g layout.png and try to import it again.

Hi Rubén, i went through this same problem.

I'm used to edit the image on the corel drawl and export as .png . The solution that i found was once that i have the .png file, is opening it on the paint.net and resize it to the lower resolution that i think that is acceptable.
This worked for me, i hope that helps you as well.
