In the description of bos phone, it says 'bOS Phoneintercom application also works with ComfortClick bOS homeautomation software package'.
Which kind of integration is possible? I cannot find any documentation on this subject.

bOS Phone app runs in background and it pops out when someone is calling from the intercom. It is also possible to run bOS Phone apk from directly from bOS Client.

Do you mean by running bOS phone apk, a button which opens the app (start program)?
Hello,
if you want to open another program in our client using android, windows, iOS, add a General into your Theme,
set Android Enable True, select Program. Fastest way to add a program is to open google play on your computer, go to google play, enter your application and copy ID into your Android Program Name EXAMPLE for SONOS: (picture: SONOS_APP.png)
When finding sonos in your google play, URL should look like= https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonos.acr.
Simply copy ID (com.sonos.acr) into your Program name (as seen in picture) and the app should start when pressing the button.

To open bOS phone in bOS client use com.comfortclick.bosphone as URL.
Unfortunately bOS phone will not be available for iOS.

I don't know if an app like 'Tasker' exists for iOS but on an android device you can draw buttons over a running app. You can assign an action to the button to open another app. I use this on my tablet on the wall to be able to switch between comfortclick, yatse, squeezecommandor and videophon (I will try BOS phone later again). In this way I never have to go to my home screen and I can hide the notification bar etc.
