Dear support, I have the same issue and, therefore I can't update to 4.9+ either.

Hello Alberto,

have you tried using Google's DNS? Try setting static IP to the server, set google's DNS (primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4) reboot and try again. If the issue persists, contact us directly at david.boben@comfortclick.com and we'll schedule a remote session and update together.
