As far as I know, there's some specific KNX controllers for that kind of stuff.
They're known as "mixing group controllers", for the control of 3-way mixing valves via 0-10V or 3-point control.
Some of the brands available: ABB, Ekinex, Theben...
Haven't used any of these, but I assume that's what you're searching.
