is the device your are connecting from in the same network as your Jigsaw? You can reset your Jigsaw by pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds.

I can see the Jigsaw CC-J-2 connect to my router but can't access it. When I try to access the IP address, it seems there's no reply from the server. How can I reboot it as I can't acess it also from BoS COnfigurator?
