This can be done in your router. Open Port forwarding, Add your grinders IP and local port 443. Then for the external port you enter 8080.
Another way is to manually change the Port in your "Program files bOS server" folder - in Settings.json file - open it with Notepad and change the https port.
Normally it's done in your router LAN IP's port 443 to WAN IP port XXXX.
