Hi All. Just started today to get the error ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH when I access through https.

This also makes Alexa not to work.

How can I solve this? I'm using windows 7 as a server.

Thanks

I am recently having the same issues... I have checked my windows 11 Internet Options and "Use TLS 1.2" was already checked. How do I update my server SSL certificate?

Just for your info, I can connect via BOS config but I cant neither via App nor via BOS client.

Thank you

The error  ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH usually means your server is using outdated SSL/TLS protocols or ciphers. Since you're on Windows 7, enable TLS 1.2 (1.0 and 1.1 are deprecated). You can do this via Internet Options → Advanced tab → check "Use TLS 1.2". Also, update your server's SSL Certificate and ensure it's not using weak ciphers. Consider updating Windows 7 with all the latest security updates or using the IIS Crypto tool to easily fix cipher issues. Hope it helps!

Hello Francisco,

this could be an issue with the windows version (windows 7), if possible, we'd suggest updating to windows 10.

Best regards.

Hello Francisco,

is the server running the latest version? If not, try updating to the latest version as there were many fixes that addresses these issues.

Best regards
