error getting data file

Hello, after download a new configuration an error appears "Error getting data file" when i put the arrow over the Themes symbol. What can i do?

Hello,


seems you are using an older version of bOS server, to update it, go to Buildings/Updates and click install(the (*) should disappear under updates).

did you try updating the configurator? Also try updating to our latest BETA driver, which could fix the issue you're having.
