KNX ETS file
I've received a ETS file but the extension is *.knxproj
How can I convert this in a esf file?

I don't think it is possible. You need to load the project file in ETS 5 in order to export the esf file.

In order to get .esf file you must open the project in your ETS program, go under Extras and save file as .esf, you can then import it to bOS.
