Hello,

we do not have any Axis or Foscam cameras. If anyone is willing to give us the access to your cameras, please send the email to tilen.suhadolnik@comfortclick.com, so we can check it and find the possible solution.

We would need a TeamViewer access to a computer that have access to a camera.

Best regards,

Hello, today I was tinkering around settings in bOS and find out that IP configurator is working but I am running bOS Beta. It worked for me so please try that.

Hello,

we will try to resolve the issue with our future versions of bOS, for now it would be best to use manual configuration until the issue is resolved.

Best regards.

Same problem here with an Axis camera. When I click on the confugure button, the camera appears with a single address, but no luck with the user and password...

I'm using version 4.4.0 of bOS.

Best regards.

Hello,

which version of bOS are you using? Try updating to the latest version of bOS, the login credential error has been fixed with the last update, if the issue persist, when clicking on Configure button and when the list of your cameras appears, do you get a single http address to the camera or multiple?

I use Onvif Device Manager. Yes I try to re-adding and many other settings like change password from moderate to easy. Yea I know it should work when it works in other programs but no luck. And also that the second camera from different manufacturer. Also when I try to add it manualy it works, but I rather use auto add in configurator because it is faster and dont need to findout stream string for every type of cameras.

Hello,

which other onvif program do you use? Also, did you try re-adding the IP camera node to the configuration? If the login credentials work on other software, there is no reason why it shouldn't on bOS. Additional testing will be made regarding this.
