Is there any way to operate home (with Jigsaw) from Office using Client App? How do we do it

Make sur your profile is properly set (dynamic or static public IP adress) as well as your router port configuration as per following instruction http://www.comfortclick.com/Software/Manuals/BOSServer?print=false#InternetAccess.
Once this done, if you set your user properly on your app using the access ID, you will be able to operate home from anywhere.
