can't get Z wave thermostat fan speed control
i have MCOHOME zwave thermostat, and i have 2 different models i try to add it in BOS after adding i didn't get fan speed control except on that others are ok.
please help.

Hello,
did you just update the configurator or did you update server as well? To update server to the BEta version, go to main Building node, select Updates, switch from Release to Beta and update the server as well.
If only configurator is updated and not the server, many issues will occur trying to configurate anything.

a new beta version was just released, we added additional command classes for thermostat fan control.
Try updating to the latest beta, you can also try excluding the device and including it back in again and see you see the additional nodes.

yeah we checked the devices, device's command classes and it looks like we're missing some command classes for these thermostat fan speeds.
We'll add these command classes into our bOS and with the next update, you should be able to control these fan speeds within the device as well.

which MCOHOME thermostat do you have? can you provide the model number? Can you also provide print screen of the nodes you get when including the device into the bOS?

hi, i have MH6-HP and MH8-FC, take note not only MCOHOME brand i have also one REMOTEC ZXT-600 ir thermostat and i didn't see fan control also.
please have a look in attached image ID-10 is the remotec and 12 and 13 is the MCOHOME

I add and remove one device but its same, that device is MCOHOME MH6-HP
