It didn't solve anything i still can't acess . . . how can i do a factory reset?i can't login on bOSconfig, neither client
You must stop bOS server and delete Building map in your install folder. NOTE, you will lose your configuration doing this.

did you try using the default logins?
Username: User
Password: Pass
If you forgot the login credentials, you can contact us directly or open a private ticket so we can arrange the password reset.
