Dear,
I bought the USB Aeotec Z-Stick but when I start to configure it in the comfortclick tool I don t see the configuration - Network tab as you reported in the documentation in your web page.
As well when I try to include the controller in the controller list I don t see anything and as well if I press the button settings
What is wrong?

Hello,
to add and configure your Z-wave devices, first make sure orrect COM port is selected, use Discovery button in Configuration to add your controller to your configuration.
Controller on it self cannot be configured, only your devices. To add a new device to your z-wave configuration, it is recommended to first use the Exclude button and exclude your device (which might be connected to any previous controller).
Then use Inclusion button in our configurator and press inclusion button on your device, wait a couple of seconds and your device is added to your Z-wave network and is ready to be configured.
